Gettin' Crafty

Last Saturday was Craft Day! Craft Day started as a result of my friends' and my addiction to Pinterest...a serious addiction. Really.

Anyway, it was a very productive day for some. Not as much for others, but at any rate it was a blast. There was lots of laughter, gossip, idea sharing AND I got to share my big news with a few ladies who didn't yet know...Jesse and I are expecting our first baby in September (9/23)! More (LOTS more) posts to come on that topic, but for now, here is what we were up to! It was a blast!

Iced Caramel Latte

This morning I had a craving for an iced latte...not sure why, as it is a mere16 degrees outside. It just sounded yummy!

The nice thing about working from home is that I can walk upstairs, take 5 minutes and make myself a snack at any time!! Plus, it doesn't cost $5!

Now I can sip my latte and attend my meeting in my yoga pants...happy Friday!

Here is my recipe:

6 T espresso or strong coffee
1 T caramel sauce
2 T brown sugar
3/4 C milk
1 1/2 C ice cubes

Blend first 3 ingredients. Add milk and ice and blend until smooth. Add whipped cream if you have some. Enjoy!
