Caterpillar Rescue

Jesse rescued a caterpillar the other day and I HAD to take pictures and share. It is crazy looking. Some birds in our front yard were trying to eat it and dropped it on the driveway when Jesse went outside.

It reminded me of this guy from Alice in Wonderland:

Those "eyes" on the back of his head were just markings to ward off predators, it was pretty huge and will grow up to be this (thanks to Jesse!):

Maybe we will see him flying around our yard some day!
